Studio Rates In India
We have a Video Conferencing Studio at our office in Pune, which you can utilize on an hourly basis for outgoing and incoming video conferencing calls, as well as rental of Videoconferencing System at client’s end for domestic companies The rates are given below. (All Charges in Indian Rupees).

 1        Studio & System Charges:  Rs.5,000/- Per Hour
 
 2        Communication Charges:

           International Sites:

              (a)  Outgoing Calls    : Rs.3,200/- per Hour (1 ISDN Line -128Kbps)
                                         : Rs.9,600/- per Hour (3 ISDN Lines – 384Kbps)

              (b)  Incoming Calls    : Only Studio & System Charges Applicable

           Domestic Sites:

              (a)  Outgoing Calls    : Rs.1,200/-per Hour (1 ISDN Line – 128Kbps )     
                                         : Rs.3,600/- per Hour (3 ISDN Lines – 384Kbps )

           (b)  Incoming Calls   : Only Studio & System Charges Applicable


 3        System Configuration:
           Codec: Polycom
               Model: ViewStation MP
           Speed:  128 Kbps/512 Kbps

 4        Rental at client’s end:   Per Hour Charges: Rs.6, 500/-

            Terms & Conditions:

               1.  Usage: A minimum usage of 1 Hour and ½ hour increments
                hereafter will be considered.

           2.  Cancellation terms:
               (i)   Less than 2 Business days: 100% of Studio & System Charges.
               (ii)  2 – 4 Business days: 50% of Studio & System Charges.
               (iii) Over 4 Business days: 10% of Studio & System Charges.

           3.  Payment Terms: A full advance payment to be paid for confirmation of
                the date and time slot.

           4.  Confirmation: The booking will be confirmed only after receiving the
                confirmation by e-mail or fax from the client.
